The Strap Forge started with a simple observation: the Amazfit Helio Strap is a great device, but its design is not exactly fashion-friendly. We set out to change that.
This product would not exist without the Reddit community. Every iteration, every improvement came from real feedback.
Is it compatible with the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core?
Yes, our products are specifically designed for the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core.
Can I use the official Amazfit wristband with your case?
No, the official Amazfit band is not compatible. Our case is designed to work with 23mm loop-style wristbands with a velcro closure.
I would like a color that is not available on your store. What can I do?
You can purchase a compatible 23mm wristband from the Polar Loop store - their bands are fully compatible with our case.
Is it waterproof?
The case and band can handle water exposure such as rain or handwashing. However, we do not recommend prolonged use in chlorinated water (swimming pools), as chlorine can damage the anodized finish over time.
Does it rust?
No. The case is made from CNC-machined aluminum with an anodized finish. Anodizing creates a protective oxide layer on the surface that prevents corrosion and rust. This is the same finishing process used on MacBooks and Apple Watches.
What material is the case made of?

How do I install the Helio sensor into the case?
Gently push the sensor into the case:
- Do not push too hard - apply just enough pressure for the sensor to stay in place.
- A small gap may be visible at the top - this is normal.
- You should not hear a click - this is a push-fit connection, not a snap-fit.
- Like a nut, the harder you push it in, the more force will be required to remove it.

Is it compatible with the WHOOP?
No, our products are designed exclusively for the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core.
The wristband I received feels too big. What should I do?
Make sure the aluminum buckle is positioned close to the case, not on the opposite side of the wrist. This makes a significant difference in how the band fits.

Depending on your country regulations, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We unfortunately have no control over these charges.
