The adapter is compatible with both the Amazfit Helio Strap and the Amazfit Helio Ring Core.
The wristband comes in two sizes. This is particularly important if you have a very small or very large wrist to ensure a secure fit.
If your wrist measures exactly 170mm, both sizes will work. We recommend S for a snugger fit or L if you prefer a looser feel.

The Strap Forge started with a simple observation: the Amazfit Helio Strap is a great device, but its design is not exactly fashion-friendly. We set out to change that.
This product would not exist without the Reddit community. Every iteration, every improvement came from real feedback.
The product seems to be fine, but I can’t say for sure as I received it on 02/09 with the buckle missing. I emailed customer service the same day and sent a reminder a week later, on 09/09. However, as of today (19/09), I still haven’t received any response.
They forgot to send the buckle. I immediately send them a email, no respons until now. Realy sad because the quality is great but cann't wear it.
Product really awesome. But disappointed that shipping and production is in China. I thought this is a small manufacture from Belgium

The case adapter is perfect for the look I was going for. It doesn’t look like a fitness tracker when I’m not wearing workout clothes. I used a leather single-pass NATO strap and I think it looks great.
Great product really well made and nicely finished. I bought the Amazfit helio core in red to go with the strap and it fits perfectly and gives a nice little pop of colour.When seen form the side but not too in your face. I will definitely order from Strap Forge again.
This transforms the Amazfit from a flimsy and cheap feeling fitness tracker to a fashion/jewelry piece.
Was using a 3d printed whoop adapter for a while, but that doesn't even come close to the premium look and feel of this adapter and band. Would be worth it even for double the price honestly

I'm highly satisfied with the case and band from the Strap Forge, and I recommend anyone wearing the Amazfit Helio sensor regularly to get one. The case is excellent quality and is something that can be dressed up or worn casually. I was looking for a quality looking case and strap to wear when I'm not working out and the Strap Forge delivered. I don't like the idea of wearing the same band that gets drenched in sweat to the office or to bed. The case fits the sensor perfectly. There is no wiggle or difficulty removing the sensor. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
These adapters and straps make a world of difference. They're way more comfortable while also making the Helio much more presentable. The look works at the gym and also the office.

No, the official Amazfit band is not compatible. Our case is designed to work with 23mm loop-style wristbands with a velcro closure.
You can purchase a compatible 23mm wristband from the Polar Loop store - their bands are fully compatible with our case.
The case and band can handle water exposure such as rain or handwashing. However, we do not recommend prolonged use in chlorinated water (swimming pools), as chlorine can damage the anodized finish over time.
No. The case is made from CNC-machined aluminum with an anodized finish. Anodizing creates a protective oxide layer on the surface that prevents corrosion and rust. This is the same finishing process used on MacBooks and Apple Watches.

Make sure the aluminum buckle is positioned close to the case, not on the opposite side of the wrist. This makes a significant difference in how the band fits.
