The product seems to be fine, but I can’t say for sure as I received it on 02/09 with the buckle missing. I emailed customer service the same day and sent a reminder a week later, on 09/09. However, as of today (19/09), I still haven’t received any response.
I'd love to proper rate this product. But the shipping company delivered it and the rest of the products to the wrong house...
Looks good and worth the money although I have been a bit worried about the shipment being from China.
