Wristband Size Guide
The wristband comes in two sizes. This is particularly important if you have a very small or very large wrist to ensure a secure fit.
How to measure correctly: For the best Heart Rate sensor accuracy, the band should be worn approximately 2cm (1 inch) above your wrist bone. Please measure your wrist circumference at that specific spot.

If your wrist measures exactly 170mm, both sizes will work. We recommend S for a snugger fit or L if you prefer a looser feel.

The Strap Forge started with a simple observation: the Amazfit Helio Strap is a great device, but its design is not exactly fashion-friendly. We set out to change that.

October 2025
The idea is born. First 3D-printed PLA prototype shared on Reddit. The community responds instantly — there is real demand for a premium Helio Strap.
November 2025
The metal quest begins. Lost wax casting fails on tolerances. Electroplating peels off with sweat. CNC aluminum emerges as the only viable path for a truly premium product.
December 2025
200+ survey responses. The community speaks. Production is greenlit. The CNC aluminum adapter goes live with Gold, Silver and Black finishes.
January 2026
First bulk order ships. Every single case is checked by hand. CNC buckles replace the standard ones because the quality was not good enough. No compromises.
March 2026
Major operational shift. Warehouse model goes live. Shipping drops to 6 EUR worldwide with tracking on every order. Arm band version and Sandy White color on the way.

Is it compatible with the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core?
Yes, our products are specifically designed for the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core.
Can I use the official Amazfit wristband with your case?
No, the official Amazfit band is not compatible. Our case is designed to work with 23mm loop-style wristbands with a velcro closure.
I would like a color that is not available on your store. What can I do?
You can purchase a compatible 23mm wristband from the Polar Loop store - their bands are fully compatible with our case.
Is it waterproof?
The case and band can handle water exposure such as rain or handwashing. However, we do not recommend prolonged use in chlorinated water (swimming pools), as chlorine can damage the anodized finish over time.
Does it rust?
No. The case is made from CNC-machined aluminum with an anodized finish. Anodizing creates a protective oxide layer on the surface that prevents corrosion and rust. This is the same finishing process used on MacBooks and Apple Watches.
What material is the case made of?
CNC-machined aluminum (AL6063-T5) with a sandblasted and anodized finish. Same grade and technique used in premium consumer electronics like the MacBook and Apple Watch.

How do I install the Helio sensor into the case?
Gently push the sensor into the case:
- Do not push too hard - apply just enough pressure for the sensor to stay in place.
- A small gap may be visible at the top - this is normal.
- You should not hear a click - this is a push-fit connection, not a snap-fit.
- Like a nut, the harder you push it in, the more force will be required to remove it.

Is it compatible with the WHOOP?
No, our products are designed exclusively for the Amazfit Helio Strap and Helio Ring Core.
The wristband I received feels too big. What should I do?
Make sure the aluminum buckle is positioned close to the case, not on the opposite side of the wrist. This makes a significant difference in how the band fits.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China.
Why China? We transitioned to this warehouse model to reduce shipping costs - from 15 EUR (Europe) and 25 EUR (USA) down to a flat 6 EUR worldwide - while including tracking on every order.
How long does shipping take?
- Europe: 6-10 business days
- USA: 6-12 business days
- Rest of the world: 6-12 business days
These are estimates - occasional customs delays may occur.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate of 6 EUR worldwide. Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once your order has shipped.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country regulations, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We unfortunately have no control over these charges.
My package has not arrived. What should I do?

We will reach out to the logistics company to investigate. If your package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or reship your order - no questions asked.
Can I return my order?

Yes, we ship to every country at the same flat rate of 6 EUR.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 10 hours of being placed, so you will need to be quick. Contact us as soon as possible - if your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
